Marinated chicken breast or thigh on a bed of mixed peppers & onions, simply wrap the aluminium tray in foil and bake on a 180°/gas 5 for 35-45 minutes in the oven and you’re done! A full meal with little hassle, the tray is also recyclable so you can either wash & reuse or put it in your recycling bin!
