Boerewors – a traditional South African Sausage that we’ve worked hard perfecting the ratio of seasoning to meat. They’re traditionally made in rings and cooked on a “braai” which is the South African version a barbecue!
It is made from coarsely minced beef, pork fat and spices (toasted coriander seed, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves and allspice) but unlike most sausages, it doesn’t contain bread rusk.
